Bulin 47 x Kevin Wai: Best AI Character Swap Tools 2026

Last updated: October 8, 2026. Checked prices and view counts by hand.

TL;DR: Bulin 47 danced with Kevin Wai in Spain. The clip passed 65M views. Fans swapped in Messi and Cristiano with AI, then Bulin turned it into a song called Hombritos. Below is what happened, which tools they used, and how you can do the same in 15 minutes.

Quick verdict

If you just want to try it: start free with Viggle Body Swap or VisionStory. If you want clean client work, pay for YouCam Video or Magic Hour. You don’t need editing skills. You need one good photo and one 8-second clip.

What happened in Spain?

Bulin 47 is a dembow star from the Dominican Republic. He has about 7M followers on Instagram.

Kevin Wai is a creator who stops people with a small speaker and freestyles at them.

Before a show in Spain, Kevin played a dembow beat. Bulin could have walked away. He didn’t. He laughed, answered with a few rhymes, and bounced his shoulders. That shoulder move is called hombritos.

Someone posted it. Then everyone reposted it.

• Original post on Instagram: 65M+ views
• Reposts on TikTok, Reels, Facebook, Shorts: 50M+ tracked, likely hundreds of millions in total
• Remixes: Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Mbappe, Haaland, baseball players, even a Dominican senator. Same dance, new face.
• Song: Fans said “make it a song.” Bulin and Kevin did. It’s called Hombritos / Dame Hombro (Oct 7-8, 2026).

That’s the pattern now: real moment, meme, AI remixes, then official song.

Face swap or character swap? They are not the same

People mix these up. Here’s the simple version:

Face swap = change only the face. You take a photo of Messi and put it on Bulin’s dancing body. The clothes stay the same. Good for quick jokes. Tools: DeepSwap, Reface, YouCam, Magic Hour.

Character swap (also called body swap) = change the whole person. You upload one photo of a character and one video for the moves. The AI keeps the moves but replaces face, body, and clothes. This is what Viggle Mix / Body Swap does. It uses a 3D model that gets physics, so arms don’t bend weird when you dance or spin.

Bulin memes mostly use face swap. Jean Phil (below) mostly uses character swap.

How Viggle works in plain words: 1) Pick a move from 8,000 templates or upload your own clip. 2) Upload one photo of who you want to see. 3) Download. That’s it. Free users get a few videos per day. See all Viggle tools: Mix, Multi, Move, Live.

Who is Jean Phil? The French boxer who may not be real

Mid-September 2026, a new account popped up: @jean_philanthrope.

A man in a brown suit, blond bob, curled moustache. He says nothing. He just starts shadowboxing in cafes, parks, streets in Paris.

First video: Sept 17. Breakout: Sept 19 with 1.5M and 5.6M views in three days. One clip later passed 35M. In three days he gained ~150K on Instagram.

Why did he blow up? Same suit every time. Same quiet boxing. Easy to cut out and place anywhere. People put him in rap videos, in Spider-Man scenes, called him “final boss.”

Is he real? No one has proved it. No photos before September. Reddit threads are split. AI-hunter @jeremyfindsai says AI. A rival account, Archibald Brown (British version), showed up and challenged him to fight. Both link to Solana meme coins ($JEANPHIL hit $4.6M-$12M in reports, then crashed). That’s a red flag.

Lesson for you: Bulin shows how to borrow fame. Jean Phil shows how to build your own character and reuse it 20 times. If you make tools content, the second path pays longer.

Which tool should you pick?

For editing use CapCut (free). It syncs cuts to the beat and adds captions in Spanish and English. Use 9:16, 1080×1920. Keep it 7-9 seconds so it loops.

Do it in 15 minutes

1. Film 8 seconds. Vertical. Chest up. Good light. One person in the middle. Loud speaker.
2. Swap. Upload a clear face photo (no sunglasses) plus your clip to Viggle or VisionStory. Make 3 versions.
3. Cut. In CapCut, cut on the beat. Add big text in second 1: “POV: Messi hears dembow”. Add captions.
4. Post 3 places. Same day on TikTok, Reels, Shorts. Use the original sound + link to Hombritos.
5. Ask for remixes. Pin this comment: “Who’s next?” Duets and stitches did half the work for Bulin.

Where it falls short (honest part)

• Face swaps of Messi or Cristiano look fun but can get flagged if you don’t label them as AI. TikTok and Instagram want an #AIgenerated label.
• Free tools add watermarks or cut quality. Paid is worth it if it’s for a client.
• Don’t sell it as real. Don’t use real players to push crypto or scams. That’s what hurt $JEANPHIL.
• If you can, do what Senator Omar Fernandez did: make your own version with permission. Like Bulin, join the joke instead of stealing it.

FAQ – quick answers for search and AI

What is character video swap?

It’s AI that replaces the full person in a video, not just the face. You give it one photo for the look and one video for the moves. It keeps the moves and changes face, body, and clothes.

How many views did Bulin 47 and Kevin Wai get?

The original Instagram post passed 65 million views. Reposts across TikTok, Reels, Facebook and YouTube add tens of millions more. The exact total is hard to count because of duplicates.

What song came from the meme?

Hombritos, also called Dame Hombro PaH, released Oct 7-8, 2026 by Bulin 47 x Kevin Wai. It turns the shoulder dance into a full dembow track.

Is Jean Philanthrope real or AI?

Not proven. He appeared Sept 17, 2026 with no prior footprint. Many creators say AI based on his perfect look and consistency. He never confirmed. Treat him as AI-made entertainment until proved otherwise.

Which free tool is best to start?

Try VisionStory for free HD with no sign-up, then Viggle free tier for dances. Move to YouCam or Magic Hour when you need clean, paid work.
