We snapshot prices on every verified change: what the old price was, what it is now, and the source we checked. Small, validated changes publish automatically; anything large — a price rise over 30%, a model that disappears, a feed we cannot parse — is held for a human to confirm before it goes live.

Why the dates matter
Every model page carries a last verified date. If a page says “verified 3 days ago”, the number was checked against the provider or a public pricing feed three days ago. Anything older than our 14-day cycle gets re-checked by the next run, or flagged.
